About the MOA Convention
Maryland's premier HYBRID conference is a one-stop-shop meeting destination to learn, connect and network with area doctors and ophthalmic businesses. The three-day conference offers up to 11 hrs of CE credit (COPE-Accredition pending) to in-person and virtual synchronous learners with top notch speakers.

Weekend Highlights

Education Program:Diverse lecture topics presented during the three-day schedule- Friday afternoon (2 CE hrs), Saturday (5 CE hrs), and Sunday (4 CE hrs). For more details, view the tentative schedule.

Friday Happy Hour: Join us from 6:00–7:00 PM in the MOA Exhibit Hall for appetizers and drinks with our exhibitors.

Annual Member Meeting Dinner: Held Friday from 7:30–10:30 PM at Metropolitan Kitchen & Lounge. We will announce award recipients and discuss 2027 legislative plans. This event is free for members and $75 for guests (add-on ticket required).

Saturday Young OD Night-on-the-Town: A fun networking event in downtown Annapolis. Details to follow (add-on ticket required).

Independent Eyewear Expo: Open Saturday (2:30–6:00 PM) and Sunday (12:30–5:30 PM). Convention registration includes free entry for attendees and guests. General Admission Fee is $5 per person.
