Maryland Optometric Association Partnership Program Refund Policy
Partnership Term
MOA Partnership Packages are annual and run from January 1 through December 31, regardless of the purchase date. Benefits expire on December 31 of the applicable partnership year and do not extend for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Refund Schedule
Refund requests are based on the original purchase date:
- Within 10 days: Full refund, less a $100 processing fee
- 11–30 days: 50% refund
- 31–60 days: 25% refund
- After 60 days: No refund
Annual Convention Cancellation, Postponement or Rescheduling
If the MOA Annual Convention is cancelled by MOA, current Partners will receive a $1,500 credit toward a Partnership Package for the following calendar year.
If the Annual Convention is postponed or rescheduled but takes place within the same calendar year, no refund or credit will be provided as a result of the postponement or rescheduling.
The $1,500 Convention cancellation credit is separate from the Partnership Package refund schedule above.
MOA reserves the right to modify Partnership Program benefits and refund terms for future partnership years.
